Allstars is a pretty average club, but for being in a small town like Lawrence it does pretty well. The girls are all pretty hot for the most part, so if you want a job here you have to be cute. Everyone gets along here for the most part, a little drama every now and then but no full on fighting ever goes on. The DJ is cool and always tries to hype up the crowd so girls can make money on stage and get dances. The bartenders and the owner are all nice too. Customers range from construction workers, Mexican migrant workers, doctors, businessmen, creepy old pervs, out-of-towners, regulars, bikers, black guys who like to throw a lot of money on stage, occasional college kids, etc. The wide range of customers makes it pretty easy for any girl working to make money. Stage money usually isn't too good, but sometimes it can be alright. On an average night it's easy to get dances. Some customers may get only one or two dances, but a lot of times they'll get 4 or 5. I think the most dances I've ever gotten from one guy was 15. Dances are usually $20, but on Sundays they're $10. Guys will sometimes try to get extras, but there's cameras in every section of the VIP room so all you have to do is show them that they're on camera and they'll usually stop. Best days to work are usually Friday and Saturday, although during the week there's always a few random days where girls make a lot of money just out of the blue. I think back in February I made $900 on a Monday. Since it's summer, it's been kind of slow lately but I've been able to make over $1,000 each week working 3-4 days every week so it's not too bad. If you're cute and stick around for awhile and work every Friday and Saturday, you'll do pretty good. They're ALWAYS looking to hire new girls and they'll probably ask you to start working that night to see how you do. The girls here are all nice for the most part and won't try to scare you away at all. It's definitely worth a try. Don't be discouraged if you have a couple bad nights because there's always at least a couple really good nights each week. If you get there before 7:30, tip out is $37 on weekdays, $42 on weekends, and $32 on Sundays. This includes tips for the DJ and the door guy, so you never have to pay any more than this. This past week I made $350 on Friday, $500 on Saturday, and $280 on Sunday after tipping out. Not every week is this good for me but it wasn't anything too out of the ordinary.
