Monday at the Ritz

I had time to kill and didnt feel like making the drive up to Philly so decided to return to the Ritz for the monday special. Everything is half off! This includes dances and drinks and VIP rooms....until midnight. I arrived around 9pm. The first thing I noticed is that there were a few more people here than Monday's in the past. Not crowded by any means but I didnt have half the club all to myself and there were actually people sitting at the stage. I stopped at the bar to pick up a $4 light beer (half the usual $8) because I knew it would be quicker than waiting for one of the waitresses to make it around to me (more on that later).

The club interior remains the same for these last many years. There is a new giant tv screen made up of 4 smaller screens next to the bar which is visible from the most areas of the 1st floor via the mirrors behind the stage. That might be new or newish. I took a seat in the far corner next to one of the mini stage/poles and watched the main stage. I was eventually approached by a handful of cute/slim/attractive girls. All eventually made decent conversation and I took a couple of them upstairs for half price lap dances. The regular lap dance price is $30 so half off should be $15. Watch out for girls still quoting $20 each in this circumstance. One girl requested money up front stating she was an actress now and had to be careful not to get ripped off....ha! I'll tell this full story in the discussion board.

Anyway it was an average night. I did notice there seemed to be 0 black girls. I found this odd for this club. There are usually 25-50% black girls at the Ritz but tonight they were all white (some had some pacific island influences perhaps). Anyway, I am not listing this as a complaint exactly, just an observation.
