A dump but some diamonds in the rough

This place is a real dump. Its always under construction outside that never seems to get finished there is a guy setting out in the parking lot who asks for a dollar. The front entrance looks like it was constructed by a drunk homeless aluminum can collector. Inside is also dumpy crappy and dark. Most of the few dancers are in the 5 category on average. But there will also be every now and then a solid 9 or even a true 10 and value can be off the charts. I would say its hit or miss but it's more like 90% miss and 10% grand slam. Do I recommend this place? Yes
