Perhaps quality is slipping a bit?

Just offering an update to previous reviews. Consider that these visits are largely in the afternoon (2-5) and that while I can and do sometimes spend a bunch I am always a value shopper. Quality will be rewarded with appropriate tips, etc. So, draft beers...
