Fun girls, reasonable prices

Club Playpen is a pretty large club with games, small VIP room and kitchen on one end and a very spacious dancer area with two stages and a lot of tables (as well as the lap dance area - three loveseats, dim lighting, but only hidden by open mesh curtains) at the other. The bar is in the middle. There is a one drink minimum, and I couldn't tell you if the drinks are good because I just had a beer. The level of decor is on par with most other clubs in Portland: not quite luxurious, but they made an effort. You can't tell how clean these places are in the dark, but I saw no reason to complain. The VIP room has a night vision camera and it's actively monitored, so you won't be having any kind of fun in there you wouldn't have anywhere else in the club. Music is playing, but not deafening; it'd be pretty easy to have a conversation.

The girls are a mixed bag, both in terms of looks and general attitude/customer service, but no one was actually rude, fat, or ugly. There was a pretty relaxed level of hustle, but it you're sitting at the rack you'll probably be offered a lap dance. Get the girls in the lap dance area and they get much friendlier; both of the dances I had were pretty hands-on (although they had a "no fingers in/on the pussy" limit) and if you're looking to grind/hump to completion they're game. Dances are $25 each, a little steeper than standard, but it's hard to complain you're not getting your money's worth. Also, if you're looking for something other than Portland's generic "tattooed white chick" stripper, they had a high proportion of black girls and even two (TWO!) asian girls.

The building right behind the club is Whispers, which is more of a "modeling studio"/jack shack, in case you decide you'd be more into that - but I couldn't tell you more than that about it as I didn't seek services there.
