Xtasy has a little bit of everything

This club is fairly new and it is literally right next to The Gentleman. They even share the same parking lot. It seems like downtown may become the new mecca of strip clubs in Memphis. Anyway, I arrived at this club at 11pm and I didn't have to pay admission. It only costs me seven dollars to bring in a bottle. They had about 5 dancers and one of the dancers was also a bartender. The club layout is similar to the gentleman. There are stripper poles connected to the bar and also a stripper pole in VIP. What separates this place from the other strip clubs is that there is stage for live music. There was a band practicing when I came in the door. There is also a section to eat which looks like a tiny restaurant next to the stage. The VIP is in very open and thinly veiled area but the overall setup is nice. I paid 20 dollars for a lap dance and I was impressed. Dancers usually try to hassle you once you get to the VIP but Sophia didn't do that at all. She gave me a great dance and then went behind the bar and made a long island for me. After the band was done, the DJ played a wide variety of music. Although I expecting the usual dirty south rap, I was surprised to hear rock and roll and other genres. This club has a long way to go to be established like The Gentleman but I think it will be fierce competition in the near future.
