Don't Believe The Internet

I really wanted to post a review of my experience at Showcase on Saturday Oct. 17. So here goes. I arrived at about 8:40 hoping that things would have started by that point. The cover is $20 and I was only planning to stay until around 10. I really didn't want to spend a lot of time watching nothing which is generally what happens when you arrive right after they open. Their Facebook page says they open at 8 Monday-Saturday.

I should have known something was up when I saw only around 6 vehicles in the parking lot at 8:40. I parked anyway and walked to the door. The sign on the door says they open at 8:30. There was no one at the cashier office. Another guy and I were standing there briefly waiting to see what would happen. Finally a guy sitting at the bar in the rear of the club says they open at 9. At this point I left. Since my plan was to leave around 10 it didn't seem too promising to me that they weren't opening until 9. Oh well. Back to Sinsaysionals for me.
