Rhino

Not long ago we felt the Rhino was getting worse. While true, it might be a little misleading. Rhino is still the best club in Vegas but the bar was set so high the only direction it could go was down. You couldn't find better talent and the 3 for $100 with no minimum drinks was unmatched in Vegas. The talent has dipped a bit and the extra fees along with a cover charge increase is unfortunate. So naturally it feels like the Rhino is going downhill when you compare it to what it once was. However, if you take if for what it's worth right now and compare it to other clubs, Rhino is likely still king of the hill. Our recent visits have all been enjoyable. The last was no different. I do have a small rant with a dancer who shall remain nameless. She was a solid 9. I went to ask her for a dance and she told me she only does VIP. I hate that. She feels she's too good for floor dances. $20 for a few minutes of your time isn't enough. Its similar to a dancer declining a 3 for $100 VIP because she only does 30min or 1hr VIPs. Making money is making money. I told her I'll pass and find someone else then. She ended up sitting not too far from us. So instead of dancing for me and making money she started playing with her phone. Soon thereafter, another hot dancer came by and asked if I was interested in doing a dance. I agreed and continued on for 11 songs. The 9 must have been watching because as soon as I was done, she came over and said now she will dance for me right here on the main floor. Too late!! I told her that $220 plus tip would have been hers but she turn it down. Outside of that, we had another fun night at the Rhino. To sum up, if you keep comparing the past to present you'll continue to be disappointed. That applies to most of the clubs in Vegas. Just enjoy it for what it is right now.
