we revisted this club on 11/25/05...

we revisted this club on 11/25/05 and 11/26/05. after 5 months they have vastly improved. we are aware of the new law enforcement and the girls were wearing pasties. we have noticed this at sammy's as well. i have a good source, sorry cannot mention names now, that tells me that the next court date is on 11/29/05 and it will solve this problem that keeps popping up every few years. a well known attorney out of orlando has been hired by some 17 clubs in alabama. the law is very weak and broad so if this doesn't get resolved soon, many clubs may go to plan "b". this plan basically will tell the state to shove their alcohol liscense, clubs can then go nude and become byob. the clubs will charge a fee for what you bring in. they will call themselves private clubs and severly limit state and local goverments involvement. plan "b" does not look attractive to the state or local goverment as it will take away dollars and we know that this is not a moral issue but a money issue. thought i would share some credible info with you. this city and state has way too many serious issues to deal with instead of harassing clubs or trying to judicially legislate morals from the bench. last time i checked, b'ham made the top ten deadliest cities in america list and montgomery is about as corrupt as you can get. think we will ever have a governor or his top aides that doesn't get indicted. i would like to see that in this state at least once before i die.

back to the clubs improvement.

there were lots of couples attending this club now and at one time several female customers were the entertainment for us. we did eat this time at the restuarant. it was pricy but worth every penny of it. i understand they are working on a bar menu that will be reasonable and include things that most of us enjoying when drinking and watching beatiful women such as buffalo wings, sandwiches, etc.

they had beer bucket specials, 5 for $10.00 on miller lites and 5 for $15.00 on amstell light.

the quality of the women was the most noticed improvement. on this weekend they had their competition beat hands down. all the girls were on the upper end scale except one . and every club has one of these. most all came by and thanked us. we bought several private dances from 2 different ladies and got to socialize alot more than our previous trips. the dances were about as good as birmingham can get under the current regime. the ladies working here now seem to get it. they are treating the customers with some generosity and politeness. main stage opens at 5pm with the side stages coming on as needed. by midnight, the girls were so busy with vip and private dances that they could have used another 15 girls. as the demand comes, in my opinion so will the changes. this management seems to have adapted very well to much needed changes. they apparently read these reviews and take them pretty serious. so if you want a better club here in birmingham, i think we can motivate this one. being new kid on the block with an understanding of the client will be a nice plan. we really felt after our 1st visit that this club may not make it but we have been a few other times since our last posting and it has changed our opinion dramatically. the past three times we have been, the crowd have been sufficient enough to pay the bills one would guess. we had to give a 10 rating based on the overall experience with understanding where this club was months ago. we that being said, a 10 in birmingham still is a far cry from some other clubs in other states we have visited. i hope this review helps and prompts you for a second visit.
