Good time but not cheap
My usual haunts when visiting Detroit are on the north side, so the 8 Mile clubs get most of my business. This was my first ever visit to LS. Lots of road construction near the club, but getting to it from the east via I-94/Wayne Rd/Goddard Rd was reasonably easy. Valet parking was $7, cover was $10, a bottle of Sam Adams was $7.50 on this Wednesday night. Interesting set-up; upon entering you immediately climb upstairs to the 2nd floor for the main stage, heading back downstairs for laps. A small-ish club, with the main room basically a rectangle with a long, narrow main stage down the center of the rectangle. The set-up is nice in that all of the seats are reasonably close to the stage.
Perhaps 15-20 dancers, a similar number of patrons. A wide mix of talent, from 4s/5s up to 8s and maybe a stray 9, with a wide mix of body types. A couple African-Americans, a couple latinas, but mostly Caucasians. Stage dancing was varied but generally fair, though a few dancers put more into it. Dancers came around somewhat infrequently asking for laps; many dancers hung out with (presumably) regulars. Took two dancers downstairs for laps. Plenty of contact permitted. The first asked quickly if I wanted extras, when I declined, I got two decent but unspectacular dances. The second was a busty (enhanced - and not the best boob job, for what its worth) brunette MILF who didn't ask about extras, but who simply piled on the naughtiness as I got more dances. Left the booth happy. Got a late-night meal ($8 or so for a bbq chicken sandwich and fries, no complaints about the food) and headed for home.
There's lots of decent clubs in the Detroit area, but will try to visit LS again.
