strip club in historic building
Located in a theatre from the 1920’s. I thought it was going to be a pretty large club with very high ceilings. This is most likely because I have the dimensions of modern movie theatres in mind. It is a pretty average sized club. It’s not super convenient to downtown but an off peak uber ride was only about 15 bucks. Technically, you can take the CTA blue line but it leaves you about a mile walk to the club. The neighborhood is decent enough to walk through (even at night) but unless there is a compelling reason not to take a taxi or an uber it’s not really worth the little money you would save.
Cover was $25 on a Monday night around 11:30pm. There were about 10 girls working and most were attractive typically 7’s, 8’s and possibly a 9. Hustle factor was high; no fewer than 2 dancers approached me before the waitress had even taken my order for a $6 bottle of water, as no alcohol is available here. Most of the dancers would approach and immediately ask if I wanted a dance and then promptly move on if I declined.
Every girl offered a $10 fully nude table dance but upon acceptance most of the girls would immediately begin the upsell to a $75 3-song dance. The main selling point of the 3-song set was that it was in a private booth. Before committing 75 bucks to a dance I would point blank ask how it differed from the floor dance. Some girls were really coy about how it differed, one girl said I was allowed to touch her back, and some girls said I could play with T&A.
