Worth a visit

I have started dropping by this club occasionally as a backup plan for whenever Follies isn't up to par. Shooters' physical layout isn't anything special, it has a wide-open room that doesn't allow for much floor-dance privacy. However it's not near as smokey as Follies. The VIPs are semi-private. They are a one-on-one experience but not near enough beads on the doorway to make you feel like you have real privacy. The dancer lineup is 95% black, with an occasional Latino or other ethnicity thrown in the mix. But if you like young black spinners then this club is very solid. You can usually find at least 2 or 3 that rate a solid 7+. The girls I've run across here are always pleasant and the hustle factor is low. The floor dance mileage isn't at a Follies level, but it's still pretty good depending on the girl--it blows Oasis and Mardi Gras away, for sure. Bottom line, a good day at Follies is still way better than a good day at Shooters, but if you're at Follies and things are slow (and you like young black spinners) then it's not a bad idea to head over to Shooters to see if you can salvage the day.
