I stopped in at "The Bird" on Saturday. This place is not hard to find. Before you cross over the Kansas River bridge, turn on Locust and go east for a few blocks. When you come to a "T" intersection, turn right and continue for a short distance. You will see Flamingo on your left. This is not a membership club, like Paradise. Anybody can walk in the door. I think they normally have a five dollar cover charge. If you have a military ID card, ask to speak with "Todd McChesney" and he might let you in for free. Todd is the owner, and he is a very good guy.

The day that I was there, things were very slow at Flamingo. I did meet one stripper named "Shea." She was very nice to talk with. Did not get any private dances with her, because I was in a hurry, and did not want to be late to meet my girlfriend. Next time I go back, I will make sure that I can spend more time at the Club.
