I know Papi's review is going...
I know Papi's review is going to blow this one out of the water because...well...he's probably the best reviewer here. Oh well: at least this will be from another set of eyes.
The aforementioned Papi and I decided to meet up and try the new place out. We got there around 12:15 and proceeded to go in...well, after paying the $2 charge to self park (really?). Even though there's no place nearby to walk from, I have somewhat of an issue with that. Just charge $12 at the door if it's that crucial. Cover is $10.
When you enter the club there's the front door girl and the register. You can go left or right, but they try to steer you to the left. If you go left - which you most likely will - you'll be at the left side of what's the main area of the club. There are plenty of tables surrounding the main stage, which has a mechanical bull right in the middle. The chairs seem to be leather, maybe a snakeskin pattern. Nice touch. They play up the rock/country motif with such things as guitars and steer skulls on the walls. They have a lot of TVs, but half of them run club commercials and the other half run softcore. Girls on the softcore looked really good, I'll admit that. It's a really nice-looking place...which one would expect since it's new. Lighting is pretty good. There are "VIP-looking" tables on the far right wall. The main bar is located along the back wall of that area.
