Mac's Two, all in all, isn't...

Mac's Two, all in all, isn't a bad place. It just isn't an outstanding one. I was there on a recent Tuesday evening, which seems to have been "Cheap Local College Boys Hang Out at the Bar and Spend No Money, and All the Dancers Complain" Night. The Club runs 18+ nights with regularity; maybe they should change it to 21+ to clean out some of the pups who arrive with $20 in their pockets and leave with $16. Mac's Two is small with lots of tables, chairs and couches (and not very much room to walk). The girls are friendly and generally pretty enough (5s-7s, with maybe an 8 or two); the non-alcoholic drinks, full strength. Girls dance two numbers, going from not much cloting to no clothing by the song, and then they work the room, asking every guy there if he wants a dance. While I was asked at least a dozen times (sometimes, twice by the same girl), the dancers aren't pushy, and they will take No for an answer. After getting the sense of the place, I did have LDs (2 each) from Layla, one of the "maybe 8s" in the club, and Kat. Mass rules applied - minimal grindage and no two-way (and not much one-way) touching. If you're in the Northern Boston suburbs and want to go to a club, it's pretty much what there is in the area. You may wish to save your money for another day, though.
