I was on vacation in Michigan for a week and hit two strip clubs each in Battle Creek, the Detroit suburbs, and Grand Rapids. This is the fifth of six reviews from that trip.

When I reviewed this club two years ago, I remarked that it was possible to have some good clean orgasmic fun in a bikini bar -- I had already experienced Heavenly Bodies in Elk Grove Village by then, and have since added Bobby's and Carl's in Melrose Park/Stone Park -- but that killjoy ordinances regulating strip clubs in Grand Rapids made such fun unlikely. This is still my impression after two trips to Grand Rapids.

This time I visited on a Friday afternoon between about 3:30 and 5:30. There was no cover and only four dancers and a similar number of customers. Contrary to my usual M.O., I sat at the bar, mainly because the bartender was smoking hot: blonde, pretty face, excellent T & A in a cleavage-y top and short shorts. Yummy! I don't subscribe to the clichéd view, often expressed in TUSCL reviews, that the bartender or waitress was hotter than the dancers . . . but in this case it was true. I even bought her a drink and flirted with her a little bit, telling her at one point that this was the first strip club I had ever visited where the bartender was showing more cleavage than the dancers. (True.) Her response was classic: "That's because I'm the only one here that *has* cleavage!".
