Yes, the reviews describe this place well. The carpet is torn. The ceiling looks like hell. The booths and bar haven't been updated since the 1950s. It is topless only. There are no lap dances, only wall dances. And most of the dancers are average looking at best. But get the right dancer working her magic on you against the wall and you can have a good time. Ebony Inn is by far the best; it is more fun and a better value. But in a pinch Mustangs can do the job.

I get to Mustangs every three months or so, and it's almost always exactly the same. Even some of the same dancers are there every time I visit. This last visit I got dances from my favorite (Talia) and a dancer who was new to me (Angel). I always have a great time with Talia, and this time was no exception. Angel was the surprise; I wasn't expecting much, but her dance was very good. Talia makes me feel like she's making love to me. Most dancers there simply grind. Angel fell in between: not a GFE, but a very enjoyable time. If you're in NE DC or near it in PG County, there's no better option for the money.

One hint: stop by after work, not after dinner. There are fewer eyes monitoring the dances.
