Traffic on the 202 was at a standstill, so I exited the freeway. What should I do? Visit Sugar44, I haven't been in for a few years. Maybe it's changed....

This used to be my favorite club maybe 5-10 years ago. But it was remodeled and lost that intimate neighborhood bar feel. So i went elsewhere . But given the bad traffic I gave it another chance.

3 dancers working, popping out of the dressing room or off a bar stool where she's hanging with a friend for a quick turn on stage and then disappearing again. I don't like the incessant hustle you get at some clubs, but this was too far to the aloof and disinterested extreme. Maybe it was me, maybe it was apparent I just "stopped in", but I have been known to change my mind
