Another trip back to Detroit, another trip to the Flight Club. This club is like buying a mercedes. You feel good walking in, but you end up dropping more money than you're comfortable with, and you look at the Ford Fusion's on the road and realize you'd probably have been just as happy in a slightly less flashy option. The club is huge, very well managed with great staff from the valet to the bartenders to the floor guys and managers. Very, very professional operation here. That can be good and bad, as it's tough to relax in a very upscale nightclub atmosphere. Personally, I prefer the vibe of a local bar that happens to have some girls dancing rather than the megaclub, but it's a nice change of pace once in awhile.
The girls are plentiful, and very diverse. The stage shows have some real work in them for the most part, especially from the younger and more athletic dancers. Ended up talking to a very top-heavy blonde for awhile before agreeing to some dances. This is where things get expensive. Dances range from 20-30 depending on if the girl is able to up-sell you into a "dirtier" one. Worth the price but rather steep. Extras were offered, but out of my price range. In the end I got tired of plunking down cash at an alarmingly fast rate and went of to Bogart's, the discount strip club across the street. I'll return, because I rarely learn my lesson.
