I went to MBOT on a Monday night with a fellow tuscler, and in the same week on a Thursday night with a dancer friend. This review is a compilation of both visits.

Cover charge was high -- $20 on Monday and $40 on Thursday. Only good thing is they didn't charge a cover for my dancer friend. This place is convenient to union square so we just walked the first night. Neighborhood is kinda rough for a few blocks but safe enough for two guys walking. But I took a cab with the dancer. I wouldn't walk a woman down those streets.

I liked the unique main stage set up here. It's a large stage with 3 poles, theatre curtains, and 3-4 rows of theatre seating. The disco ball is also a ton of fun if you go high as my dancer friend and I did. The girls do a good fully nude dance routine, although it's a tad irritating that they often have a several minutes delay between each dance set. Some dancers get very friendly with customers from the stage, particularly with my dancer friend
