Was leaving the Detroit area on a Wednesday afternoon and decided to give this club one more try. I have never been to a club in Detroit, and even though I was near the 8 mile clubs, did not feel comfortable going somewhere new and having to valet park. So I took the road down to Ypsilanti, where I have been before. Parked on the main street where there is free parking during the day, and walked a block to the club.

When I have been there before, there were always at least 2 girls working. This day there was only one. I was the only patron when I was there, arriving about 3:30 pm. The one dancer shared that the day had been good thus far, as a number of patrons had been in and purchased dances. She explained that on Wednesdays one could get a 30 minute private dance for $100. I note that this used to be advertised on their website for Wednesdays, but isn't any longer.

The girl was nice, talkative, pretty face, and young. 18 or 19. In school, Sad story about her life and home life that led her to dancing. She could hold both ends of a conversation, and did. Explained that when the club was empty she would study. Although she had a pretty face, she did not have the body of a model, or a typical successful dancer. I suppose if she worked more evening hours, perhaps she could dance off some calories and the 'baby fat' and mature into a body that went well with her pretty face and personality.
