I was staying in downtown Philly...

I was staying in downtown Philly and this was the only place I could find that was withing walking distance. It is reall hard to locate. Chancellor St. is not a through street, it's just an alley that is cut off by a parkning garage. You need to get to this place off of S. 15th Street. It's a hole in the wall place. The bartender was a beautiful redhead and she was the best looking lady in the place. You can get private dances from the bartenders but they were like $70 (pass). I had a beer at a and two dances with two different ladies. They do come around a lot to ask if you want a dance which is better than ignoring you. The dances were pretty good with promises of VIP being very good (pass). I will go back. Only 2 other guys in the place on a snowy night about a month ago. It is very small on the inside and a little run down but the ladies were very friendly. Mixure of all white and aa dancers.
