I am a sleazy guy. I know what I am looking for. So I have no clue why I still check out Vu clubs periodically. Perhaps I need to stop letting friends drag me out with them to these places. I just end up throwing away money and heading home disappointed.

Yes, the girls are cute, the bathrooms are clean, the parking lots are level, and the buildings structurally sound, but those are not the qualities I seek when going to clubs. The new Rick's is nothing like the old Rick's. Many have posted about this and it should not come as a shock. This place [along with Dreamgirls sodo] are the preeminent destinations in Seattle for the Vu-like experience. Girls will do the rounds on the two loud stages, come down looking for privates, and jet backstage when you decline. OTC can be had (I did get offers) for exorbitant prices. The ballers among you might enjoy the younger/cleaner flesh and the pride of being able to afford it. Me, I like the dingy atmosphere, the dark corners, the rough ladies aged like the finest of liquors.

Nothing against the folks who like the young and inexperienced talent that provide good clean fun. I enjoy the chattiness of a vet who is bored of the hustle. I like the rent-is-due expanded menu of services. Those will not be found at the current Rick's.
