Had a pretty great time at...

Had a pretty great time at Crazy Horse today, seems a bit underrated here. Got in around 8:30, left at 11:00. Cover was $21 (clever way to get you a bunch of 1s from the beginning, haha). This was a Monday night so it was pretty dead in there - maybe 10-15 patrons, with 6 or 7 dancers. Dance sets had probably 10 minutes of dead time between them, which kinda sucked. Of the patrons, only 3 or 4 were ever at the stage (and sometimes it was just me). This wasn't great for the dancers, though it did mean that I got a lot of attention for my tips. Around 10:30 a few couples came in, and the women (who were quite hot too!) definitely got a lot of great attention from the dancers. You can certainly bring a date, but warn her that she's likely to get heavily felt-up by the dancers unless she's guarded about it.

The venue is fairly small - it's a T-shaped stage with seats facing only the I of the T. Two poles are on the top end of the T, though seats are perpendicular to them. This night there was only one person (Roxy!) who was pretty awesome on the pole, two who did some basic off-the-ground spins, and the rest were mostly runway strutters. The dancers were mostly quite attractive - probably no 10s or 9s (which are rare in any club), but some very solid 7s and 8s in my book. Plus it was Monday night.

I think what likely makes this club stand out is the fact that it's a very heavy contact runway. Nearly every dancer was encouraging tippers to caress boobs (even when topless) as well as some ass-slaps. I spent most of the evening at the runway and had a great time, dropping about $40 in tips over 90 minutes (again, pretty long downtime between sets).
