Stop by last Thursday around 10PM. Supposedly after a quiet couple weeks due to the cold (from what the dancers were telling me), a sizable crowd was there this night, such that all the booths and pretty much all bar seating were taken up. There were also several new dancers since my last visit in late Jan. At least one new black girl, and a couple of Eastern European types. Chatted up and got dances from a couple of familiar faces, S****a and C***y. Extras were offered, but wasn't in the mood. Instead negotiated a half dozen dances for $ + tip. The other offered nude dances for .3 a piece, talked that down to standard charge for 4 songs. Both sets were very high mileage so I made sure the tips were generous. Overall, excellent atmosphere and best talent in Detroit.

One complaint I had was the stick up-the-ass the management had that night. Apparently either Players or Aces had cops show up that night, plus the crowd was large and a bit rowdy, so the mood was (understandably) tense for management. One thing to be vigilant and mindful, another is to be a killjoy to your customers. Some manager/owner who would remind you of Ralph Wiggum was seen yelling at girls and patrons on several occasions. Maybe after all these years he finally realized he was a running an extras friendly club and was having a belated identity crisis? Not sure. But his actions do undermine the perceived incentive of anyone tipping the bouncers, and that's shooting his own in the foot.
