Wow. Just...wow. (and...

Wow. Just...wow. (and not in a good way.)

I pass by this club from time to time on my way home from work, and decided to finally stop in last week. I had read the reviews; but in my experience, there are lots of petty reviewers who attack clubs for having "grandma-like" or "fugly" dancers, when in fact the dancers are just in their thirties and a little on the thick side. I assumed that was probably the case here. Boy, was I wrong. And the prior reviewers were spot-on.

There is a long bar when you walk in, where no one sits and nothing is happening. Toward the back there is a second bar, with several "dancers" around it chatting with patrons. I put "dancers" in quotes, because there is no dancing here. There were three women on shift when I arrived. The only one who looked like she weighed in at less than 260lbs looked (no exaggeration) like she was in her seventies. Old, wrinkly, saggy skin. She was white, though could have been latina. There were two other latina dancers, who were probably in their fifties. One of them (a dominican) was hustling me hard for a lapdance, and kept saying "I'm so pretty, I'm so beautiful, give me a tip, buy me a dance popi." HELL no. I didn't even finish my water, I was out of there.
