Was staying in Miami for a...

Was staying in Miami for a quick vacation in South Beach and was told the clubs there suck-- expensive tourist traps. Madonna's in particular expensive and no milage. I was told Tootsies and Scarletts were the best in Miami (by many folks) but they were at least a $50 buck one way taxi ride to them from South Beach. Ended up moving to the Sheraton Miami Airport hotel and decided to take a taxi to the Booby Trap (about six miles away). (taxi was $25 bucks one way-- as I didn't want to drink and drive). There is a big parking lot outfront and it apparently costs $3 to park your own car and $10 for attendant. There is a $10 cover charge to get in, but since I'm military they waved the fee (good to see 20 years got me something). Security is present and they waved the wand looking to see if I was packing anything more than the hard-on in my pants. I changed a pile of ones easily at the door-- and it turns out I was going to need them. The club is big with good seating. The place is smokey and at 7 pm had quite a few patrons-- mostly young Hispanic men. I would notice that since I'm an old white dude. They were having a good time and raining ones all over the dancers. I've never seen dancers make so much money on ones. In fact they marched around after dancing and asked for more ones. The dancers were fairly attractive-- all Hispanic with little English. The waitresses, however, were amazingly beautiful, much more so than the dancers and outnumbered to dancers at least 20 to ten. That was disturbing. Drinks were 8 bucks each I think....although they charged me 12 for my first one then gave me a free second....

Lap dances were hard to come by--- never experienced not being hustled continually before for them. I guess the girls were more interested in the parade of 1 dollar bills. I finally asked one lass.... a tall thin Latina with a nice ass but no tits for a dance (my tits were bigger than hers.) It cost $25 bucks a dance in a semi-private line of stalls. Very private. She kept her G-string on but there was lot's of mutual touching and kissing. Fairly good mileage....not exceptional. After three songs she asked me if I wanted VIP. I asked her what it was and how much....she said $300 and we can do anything you want. Thought about it for a good while then opted not too.

Overall I probably wouldn't go back again. Not my kind of vibe. By the time I had left at 1000 pm more dancers were coming in and the customers had thinned out some. Maybe it gets better later in the evening. I somehow doubt it.

PS. The bouncers were some of the biggest guys I've ever seen. I guess the place prepares for the worst. Keep that in mind if you're going in to try and be an European soccer hooligan. Cheers.
