This place definitely remains the place...

This place definitely remains the place to beat in the DFW area, but it's very high ranking nationally seems a bit generous to me. I suppose it's what you're looking for. If it's lots of women willing to play more than they will in many other states of our nation, then yes, it's a good spot. But if you're looking for girls straight out of the pages of Maxim or Playboy, you'll be better served by establishments in New York City, Las Vegas, Toronto, etc.

The Dallas strip club scene has largely gone "girl next door," which, again, is great if you're into that. But for me, I'm trying to get away from next door. Next door is attainable. Strippers are supposed to be a cut above. If your profession is to be really hot, then it's not too much to expect that a girl isn't pudgy, is it? Maybe it's me who's behind the times, but very few of the Baby Doll girls would have appeared in a Motley Crue video twenty-five years ago.

It's a chill vibe there though, and sometimes that's what you're looking for. It's not a bunch of guys in suits trying to shame you into spending more money. It's pretty blue collar, quite frankly, all the way down to the heavy rotation of country in the deejay's set list. Beers are reasonably priced, but they poor liquor with that obnoxious measuring thimble so an experienced drinker will have to slug down those drinks with both hands to catch a buzz. But, to be fair, it's not $15 for a mixed drink like some other towns' clubs.
