I was in Dallas not long ago, and as a longtime Pantera fan, I had to check out Dime (RIP) and Vinnie's club. If you are a fan of Dime/Vinnie's music, it's a must to make it through the door and check out all the memorabilia on the walls. Very, very cool collection of the Abbot bros rock and roll adventures. As for the strip club itself, I left with mixed feelings. I've been to clubs in Miami, Tampa, New Orleans, San Francisco and Las Vegas, and now Dallas. Maybe Texas girls just do it differently. Make no mistake, there were plenty of beautiful women, dancing in little to no clothing. In my eight-plus years of visiting strip clubs, Clubhouse girls stood out in not hustling me for money. Some girls asked about a dance, but weren't pushy. Some girls never came by to talk to me after getting off stage. I had dances with three girls. The first left a lot of to be desired, the second was A++, the third was decent but nothing special. That said, none of these girls pushed for a second dance, or said anything about a VIP room or more private dance. So in my opinion, Clubhouse is a fun night to down a few brews (BYOB - bring a cooler) and look at some lovely ladies, but don't expect to be blown away like any strip club out of the movies or anything like a Las Vegas experience. I left with more cash in my wallet than most nights out to a strip club, take that for what it's worth.
