I have read a few reviews about Cowboys and it really seems to be very hit or miss. I was there last night and saw a dancer i knew from Rhino (Leah) and we talked a bit before doing some lap dances. The beer was relatively cheap and the lap dance price was only $25 for one. Turns out this is a topless only room. Bottoms stayed on. I got to touch top a lot but no kitty play. She had to go so she set me down and asked if her friend could sit by me. Not the one I would have chosen. But I sat and she was nice enough but kind of way over the hill. She wanted a drink that cost $11..not a real bargain there for sure. I also did the $25 lap dance with her but almost no contact and the same issues with only topless. Really the $25 lap dance area seems pretty lame. It might be better in the private area but I am not sure I'll go back again. The stage is not very tip friendly and the girls were just not what I wanted to see. I think I'll stick with Rhino where i know what I am getting and not taking the random chance to see what over the hill dancer is going to be up for extras.
