I went to the Paradise Saloon...

I went to the Paradise Saloon on a recent Friday afternoon after having not been there in awhile. First thing to know of course is it is a membership only club. Membership is cheap, and easy to get however you're supposed to wait 10 days before you can use. I'm not sure if they "overlook" having a membership if you go the first time as long as you buy one there on the spot, but some other clubs do that, so perhaps they do as well. It's kind of in the middle of nowhere location, so that can be a good or bad thing depending in your point of view. Though the appearance not the outside may leave something to be desired, don't let that stop you from going on.

First off, the Paradise Saloon definitely has the best drink prices of any of the clubs in Lawrence, you can get pretty much anything you want for $5 or less, even on weekend nights. During the week, the drink prices are basically like stealing. When i was there on friday afternoon, there were 6-7 girls on shift. Now i will say the variety wasn't much, so if variety is something you crave, it wouldn't have been the best time to go. However the girls were all very friendly, especially the ones that remembered me from prior times there. I like that the girls there actually sit and talk to you, and don't immediately ask you for a dance as soon as you walk in. The lap dances are only $10, which you just can't beat. They do have a VIP room, though i can't honestly say i've ever seen anyone actually use it. As my previous visits, i had a great time at the Saloon for a relatively cheap night. As far as strip clubs go, it's the best bang for your buck around!
