Monday used to be the best...

Monday used to be the best night of the week for a Trophy Club visit, back when I moved to Greenville a few years ago. I remember the Monday night football kickoff challenge where someone could win $10K if the kickoff was returned for a touchdown. I remember big crowds and lots of dancers, very exciting. The only thing left over from those days are the incredibly low drink prices. But drinking without good entertainment was not what I was looking for. Last night was poor even though 2 of the 7 dancers I would rate 7's or 8's. They were even playing songs without a dancer on the stage every third song. It may have something to do with the strict Monday night management team, I'm not sure. Maybe I just hit it on an off night I hope. I ended up taking a 2 for 1 from an old acquaintance which was uninspiring even though she is a good hearted girl with good conversation skills. In any case I will stick with the other Greenville SC's for a while on Monday nights.
