First time visiting Phoenix clubs. Had heard so much about them that there was little chance they could live up to the expectations. I started out at Hi-Liter's, but there was some problems with my out of state ID. I didn't want to drive all the way back to the hotel to get a different ID so I decided to check out Bourbon Street Circus to see if they were more lenient.

The club was pretty low key—especially compared to Hi-Liter's which had seemed packed. But I paid a small cover and got a beer. I was able to watch the stage easily as there weren't many people there.

For all that I had read about the beauty at BSC, I wasn't impressed. It's not that the women weren't attractive—they were. But it didn't blow my mind. There was only one woman there who I thought, "Wow, she could be a model."
