I hit this place several weeks...

I hit this place several weeks ago. Years ago, when it was called JD's Rondezvous, it was the first titty bar I ever went to. It's been remodeled since then, and is much larger and nicer. The bar typically opens at 8 pm but dancers don't arrive till 10. The drinks are pretty reasonable, $3 for a beer, but considering the area they need to be low. The girls were nice but .... meh. There's something about the place, some vibe, that just isn't sexy. The dances are $5 at the table, $20 for a lap dance and $100 for VIP (though a dancer tried to quote me $200). I tried several of each but wasn't very satisfied. They don't get nude in VIP and mileage is pretty disappointing. No touching at all and no extras available.

Through the week, the place is pretty empty. It really picks up during the weekends, but it's packed with locals. The dancers seem to spend a good bit of their time visiting with them. Weird scene. Not a terrible place, but I certainly wouldn't recommend it. You're far better off heading up the road 20 minutes to Gatsby's, or the Diamond Royale. This is more of a local place with girls in bikinis than anything else.
