I've been going to Paradise on...
I've been going to Paradise on occasion for several years. It is a small club just outside town that can easily be mistaken for a small bar, especially when several cycles are parked out front. Usually the bouncers are polite but terse, quickly checking your ID and seeing that your membership is valid. They seem to have discretion on whether to actually enforce the required annual membership fee, as I have gone far longer than a year without paying it on more than one occasion. The men's room is literally right inside the door, and then the room opens up and to the left there is long bench seating and a second row of bench seating behind a half-wall. To the right is the bar, a few tables and chairs, and a small stage with a mirrored wall behind it. The mirror conceals a VIP room. They seem to always be changing the rules and costs of the VIP room, but last time I went in there it was $30 to get an hour with a cheap bottle of champagne. According to the bar tender, the dance prices in the VIP room are up to the dancer, and it was hinted that you should get the dancer to clearly agree to a price BEFORE going into the room. You take a girl into the VIP with you, and if you come out that ends your time in the room. It is not really a "private" room, and the bouncers will check in at random intervals to make sure you aren't pulling out your junk.
In the past, outside of the VIP I know the house rule was that the girls could only ask for $10 tips, but they could accept any amount you offered. The owners used to send in people to see if the girls were demanding higher amounts and the girls got kicked out if they did. I have encountered some amazing looking girls at this place, but the majority of the girls are just average. It is a predominantly white club, but I have seen a few black girls and Asian girls, and Hispanic girls are rare. The number of girls seems to fluctuate in cycles, and that kind of makes sense because the club is right outside of a major college town. There are a few regular dancers that have been here for years and never seem to be missing when I visit. The regulars are fairly old for my taste, but they are still very easy on the eyes. The young tarts that come through are constantly changing. I always ask my dancers to tell me about how long they have been working there and what they know about the other girls. A few lie and say it is their first day, and others lie and say they have been there for a few years. Occasionally you get an honest (or tipsy) girl who tells it like it really is.
The dance quality varies as much as the girls. More often than not, the girl is acting like she knows what she is doing and tries performing all sorts of overly exaggerated moves and changes positions every 5 seconds. Honestly, I sometimes prefer getting the girls that are really new and so timid you can feel them shaking and trying to figure out what they hell they are doing. Don't get me wrong though, because I have gotten some absolutely amazing dances here too. As far as personality and interaction, quite a few of the girls are really nice and are happy to socialize. My wife and I (yes, we've gone together) have even ended up getting phone numbers from some girls (without asking). I'd say roughly 10% of the time I encounter a pushy girl just looking for a quick buck, but in all but one case they happily moved on when I politely declined or said "later." The worst experience was with a drunk skinny black chick who was quite unpleasant to look at and who just would not go away no matter how bluntly my wife and I said we were not interested.
