The Penthouse has the best quality of dancers in Philly, used to be Delilah's a few years ago, but Penthouse claims the top spot now. I recently went on a Saturday night with my GF. The club was very busy and there were a lot of girls, but it was still somewhat difficult to get lap dances. My GF found a curvy brunette she liked and we shard a couple of dances with her, good lap dances. This is my go to club in Philly, nice atmosphere, hot dancers. cool staff, but bring your money.
