I stopped by for a drink...

I stopped by for a drink and stayed about twice as long as I intended. I live in New York, so maybe this place isn't a value-for-dollar club in most parts of the country, but dang. 11 PM on a Thursday night - no cover and the bouncer hands you a token good for $5 at the bar. They were running a $4 drink special. So I was already up a good $30 or more from what I'm used to in NYC. Dancers weren't top notch model gorgeous, but the place had a really friendly, laid back vibe. I got a couple dances in the back from a total sweetheart (seriously!); not the best looker but friendly and eager to dance. More permissive than the dancers in New York for sure, and she was sweet enough to make sure I really wanted that extra dance because of the price. I'd definitely go back - maybe more for hanging out than watching, but it was a really pleasant place with a lot less pressure than clubs I'm used to.
