I had a business meeting in Pasadena so I figured I'd take the long way back to Baltimore and check out Fantasies. I've read alot about it and I was briefly inside once for business, but had never spent any considerable time there. I sat down and ordered a beer. The Orioles were playing an afternoon game when I got there so that was on TV which was cool. There were only a few other customers as it was probably around 1PM. After about 15 minutes, an attractive dancer came over and sat next to me. She was flirty and wanted me to try out her dances. I asked her if she was any good...she said of course (shocking!) and that same guys get as many as 20 lap dances from her in a row. It was half price dance day (wednesday) so I decided to give it a shot. She wasn't bad, but in general, the dances sucked because A) you are not allowed to touch the dancer at all, and she is barely allowed to touch you, and B) there is a guy that sits at a table within sight of the lap dance couches the entire time. There is no curtain or anything. It's very creepy and offputting and it was very hard to relax enough to enjoy the dances. After frequenting Players Club and some other clubs, I won't be going back to Fantasies as I enjoy my dances and the rules at Fantasies leave a lot to be desired. If you want to stop in for a beer and enjoy a decent place, go for it. But if you're into dances or extras, go elsewhere.
