Scrub a dub is a tough...

Scrub a dub is a tough place to explain. It is lies somewhere between a club and a strip club. No cover to go in, in fact no one at the door at all, we just walked right in. There were a few girls dancing but mostly just a bunch a guys hanging out having drinks. The dancers where not nude or stripping, just trying to get guys attention for later. There were $20 lap dances in the main room--just on a couch to the side, i dont know if this is a set rate or if girls just try to get what they can. On my walk back to the bathroom, i saw private room with bed, so i would imagine anything can be had and the girls were pretty pushy. But I did not inquire. As the night went on the place got really crowded with both guys and girls and it became pretty hard to tell which girls were working there and which were just their for the club. It was actually pretty fun at this point since the 'strippers' were not that fun when we got there but the regular girls who showed up later were much more laid back. Some appeared to be working girls not with the club, some seemed to be just out for a good time--it was a real mix, but if you do your best not to make assumptions and just have a good time its pretty fun, though pretty dirty feeling, but more like a normal club. The place is mostly locals, dancers included--not the usual mix of brazilians and eastern europeans you usually see.
