You have to be in the right mood to visit this place and preferably with a group. It's an old-fashioned club and more like a cabaret nude dance club than a modern exotic dance club. There is only one stage and one dancer at a time. The dancers pick their own songs off a jukebox. The bartender is usually crazy-busy, but service is reasonably fast. The patrons are often hammered drunk and rude, but that's just the style of the club. There is only seating for about five at the rack and then there is seating for 20-30 behind, so the tips the dancers make are pretty lousy. Still, if you're downtown and want to visit a bit of Portland history, this place is fun. Tip the dancers well as they are working hard for a large crowd that doesn't often show much appreciation.
