I've been to Rick's on several Friday nights over the past few months. I rate the layout low because on a friday night at like 10pm there is nowhere to sit. You're literally standing in a crowd of dudes with people bumping into you. All the seats in the place are reserved unless you're getting a lapdance. Maybe it's different on slow nights. This however is good in the sense that it's so busy that the bouncers don't enforce the mandatory drink rule. There is a free cover coupon that you can print from their website and they dont hassle you when you use it at the door. So you can get in for free and not have to buy any drinks on a busy night like fri or sat. Also, you can't sit near the stage because all those tables are reserved, so you won't be spending dollars at the stage. Nobody tips at the main stage. This means you can spend all your money on lapdances.

I think the dancers here are the hottest I've seen in the city so far and I've been to Rick's, Flashdancers, and Gallaghers 2000. They have every nationality of girl, even indian girls. The lapdances are done out in the open in whatever seat is available. One Friday night I literally could not get a lapdance because we couldn't find an empty seat! She tried to sell me on a private room and I said I'm not getting a private room until I see how good you do a lapdance. If this happens to you, you can ask to get a dance on a chair upstairs, but you may have to buy drinks since that area is considered part of the restaurant. The mileage of the dances are very poor. They're not airdances, but there is basically no grinding. They will grind for a few seconds at the most. I did however see guys in the reserved seats getting very good grinding dances, so maybe that is a factor. The dancers will try to sell you on a room. I was able to do a bit of touching on the dancer's asses and legs. That is probably another benefit of going when the place is packed on Fri night.

I recommend Rick's if you're looking for nationalities other than the usual white girls. I also recommend it if you want to go to the club solo, get in for free, and spend all your money on lapdances instead of cover and drinks. I don't recommend it if you're looking for a place to chill with your friends because there is nowhere to sit. I don't recommend it if you're looking for a place to get a happy ending.
