Tapped out at Clancy's ! Friday Afternoon report.

So I return to Clancy's after a longish time away, based on the recent reviews and the recollection that it's as good a place as any to hang out, and better than most.

On this particular Friday Afternoon there were 9 dancers and 7 mongers about 2 pm. The "western bar corner" was the one spot fully inhabited, although not the the old men's club of old. There were 4 middle aged but clearly regular mongers and 3 dancers but the vibe of the corner was holding strong as the "place to be" lol.

I always walk in the back door, as when you go in the front during the day you blast that front bar with sun and it's blinking. It's a bit more shaded at the back door, and I only open it as wide as needed to slip in. Mind you, that number has been growing since my first visit to this hangout way back in the day, but no need to mention that. After I enter I walk past the "stage" and there is no one in this section, so I sit one stool away from the stage.
