When attending an academic conference that drags on, it is great to find an old friend just two blocks from the conference hotel and that opens at 2 pm. Although right downtown on wicked Central Avenue, Knockouts more resembles the proverbial neighborhood bar that incidentally has strippers. And yes, they still have the discreet entrance from the parking lot in the rear, as if anyone cares.

This is a pretty small place and is not well lit. There is little or no hustling and the girls are all very friendly. This is a no-extras place but there are fine intimate lap dances in the booths, at $10 a dance. I recommend Rozzie to you...a really nice girl and a great dancer and conversationalist.

Usually there is one girl a a time on the small stage. Most customers sit at the bar and are approached by dancers but not in a hostile way. There is no entrance fee and beer and drinks are reasonable. They don't have any wine, however. The VIP room or whatever, is a series of booths off the main floor.
