I have been to the Flight...

I have been to the Flight Club twice in the last year. Both times in the early afternoon and both times I left disappointed. I promised myself that the next time that I was staying overnight in Detroit I would go back in the evening after the shift change at 8:00 PM to see if all the hype was warranted. I arrived around 8:30 PM. There were 14 customers either sitting at the bar or in booths with another 4 sitting at tables near the stage. This is a large club so it appeared empty. I was told that there were 15 dancers in the rotation. It is true that the dancers here would rate 7 or higher and I found this to be true this evening. I had dances with four different dancers. I only remember two of their names, Irina, a young Russian brunet and Dana, another young brunet. The blond I had dance for me reminded me of a young Jennifer Jason Leigh. She was a college student who planned to teach English in a foreign country when she graduated.

I know that an experienced monger should negotiate before going to VIP however I feel that I need to get a dance or two before deciding to discuss the menu. I don’t worry about thinking with my little head and my first two visits to FC ended in disappointment because I refused to pay more than I thought was fair and after more than five minutes of negotiations the mood is lost. The first three dancers did not offer any extras and even though their dances were very good I just didn't feel like pushing the envelope. The last dancer I went to VIP with offered to have her friend join us in VIP for the same price. I declined and up we went. When the second song started she unzipped me and took out my little head. She started to give me a BBBJ and I pulled away telling her that I am open to discuss extras but I prefer to be covered. She said she did not have one so she ended up doing some stick shifting until the end of the song. I gave her a tip over the song count and decided to go across the street to Bogart's to get relief. I probably won’t go back to the FC. They told me that it really doesn't get going with high energy until after midnight. Since normally I am in Detroit on business, I wouldn't be very good in my morning meeting if I was out until 2 or 3.
