Perhaps it was an off night....

Perhaps it was an off night. Perhaps it was an off time. Whatever the case was, I entered the place with for some reason higher than usual expectations. Maybe it was because it's kinda across the street from the super-dive Pallas, the parking lot was really packed, and your first reaction to the club inside is that it's nice and clean.

It was a cold night, and I'd just had kind of a lame night out, so I dropped in to see how it was. The parking lot was pretty full, so I figured the place would be kinda poppin'. Not so much. Walked in, typical big, humongous TV bouncer. Bar's to the left, a couple tables strewn around to the right with the machines. The stage is in front of the bar with a long rack, and in the back to the left are a couple curtained off areas like dressing rooms. And these looked a lot thicker than your typical LD areas with sheer chiffon, so who knows what can go on back there. (Then again, I could've been buzzed, and have no idea what I'm talking about).

For all those cars outside, it wasn't so much inside. A couple business looking guys at the bar, one or two guys at the stage, and most of the guys at the machines. A couple girls walking to and fro between the bar and their dressing room. No one super striking or had such a knockout body or anything like that. I grab a drink at the bar, which had a two drink minimum sign, but it didn't look like anyone was so hard on enforcing it. The talent is underwhelming at the stage to draw me to the stage and drop real money.
