Everything about the club seems great...

Everything about the club seems great at first, until you meet the management. The managers don't know what they are doing. For starters, they do not communicate among each other when it comes to hiring. That can lead to your employment being in question. Another red flag is that they have favorite "pet" girls who get away with murder...and maybe, that girl has made management her pet. The rules are not being applied equally to all girls. Another red flag is that management is VERY harsh and intimidating(terrifying actually) towards you, from day one(I was the newbie. I thought it was like an initiation and I have to prove myself or something but really they are just crazy and that is how they always are). Bouncers are nice, but management will verbally break you down and mindf*k you. One thing that is weird about the managers is that they have gangster-like demeanors with an obvious chain of command in which the lower managers have no power of their own. The perks of working there(money) is not worth the abuse coming from the management. Maybe you're like me, thinking, "oh stick it out, things are hard when you're new" making excuses for them like "they just have lots of testosterone and don't know any better" that's the sound of you overlooking everything important because you are making money for the first time. There are also some shady things going on between girls and customers...interaction/relationships that's going above and beyond the boundaries of the club environment, but I just didn't want to know the details and ignored it. CLIQUEY. GANG-LIKE. UNCOMFORTABLY CLOSE. I think that's all you need to know.
