I have been to Scandals a few times, but the time I'll describe is when I went right after the Giants won the Superbowl in 2012. Me and two of my friends took the subway from Astoria, walked into the club, and paid our $20 each admission and easily found seats near the stage. It was just the right amount of busy -- not empty but not overloaded -- which in my mind is exactly what you want so that you can have a decent chance of getting a dance with a lady you've scoped out and don't have to feel like a degenerate in an empty place. I'm not sure what mixed drinks cost there, but beer bottles (even Bud Light) cost $8 each, so I would recommend drinking some before you come. The DJ was a little goofy like you'd expect, but not over-the-top, and he had some good jokes. The environment seemed clean, and the staff was friendly enough. I believe you can order hookah here (and I even saw one guy puffing a cigar), although my group did not.

There was a nice mix of girls of different ethnicities and shapes. A cute short Latina with nice boobs and a bit of an accent caught my attention and let me know that that night they were doing two dances for the price of one, so that each dance cost just $20. She took me back to the area behind the stage where they give dances. After the first dance, I knew I had to stick around for more. There was a good amount of mutual touch without even really discussing it, and after the first dance we moved to one of the larger partitioned sections that a dancer had finished using so that we'd have more privacy and more room. In the third dance, after some hesitation, she asked that I take my belt off, and she offered hand relief for $100. It was a little hurried, but for good reason because we were not really in private. A great time was had for $100 plus a tip of $20 or $30. All my experiences at Scandals have been good (although not that good), and I will definitely be going again.
