Had occasion to visit here a few times over the course of a couple of weeks while I was in Evansville on business.

Mondays and Tuesday are no-cover.

There were usually 5-6 dancers per shift, with them switching out around 8pm. The club was never what I'd call "busy", with a max of maybe ten guys there. I was not there on a weekend, though, and the girls did say it would get busier.

Unless you count a vending machine as "snacks", they have no snacks.

There is a semi-private room in the back of the place for lap dances. They start at $20.
