Rose City is a nice bridge...

Rose City is a nice bridge between alt-Portland low mileage clubs like Sassy's and Union Jacks, and lap dance juice bars or crazy drives out to Casa Diablo. I'd say a good way to describe it is that it's the eastside version of Club Rouge. More alt chicks than makeup.
