It had been about 2 years...

It had been about 2 years since my last visit. The stairs going down to the place seem to be longer than I remember. The layout seems to be the same with the tables all too close together making it hard to move around. I was anticipating the usual level of dancers; 6s or 7s, the usual chatter and requests for dances. I was approached by several but was intrigued by one. Nothing stunning, but she touched me enough during our chat that I thought it would be worth a dance to see if she would be a little more aggressive than what I had experienced in the past. She offered a $20,$30 or $40 dollar dance. I choose the $30. Is was more than I had experienced at the old Ricks. We had enjoyed several dances then she had to go on stage. Debating to wait around for her or leave due to I had only brought $200 with me and had little left. I visited the ATM. It was a $7 house charge on top of the bank charge. I let her talk me into a 30 minute private dance in a curtained room. I put the room on credit card and the house added a 10% gratuity/service charge on it. I was starting to get a little upset to all the extra cost they were getting. But once back in the room my new friend made me very happy. She was conscious of the camera, but worked around it. I will remember to take more cash with me next time and hope for a similar experience with the dancer.
